Zip Code Tabulation Areas by jdc10 — last modified 2008-04-13 19:41 PM: ZCTAs are collection of Census blocks that approximate US Postal Service ZIP Code areas. They cross the boundaries of places or county subdivisions, and offer an alternate geography for comparing population statistics.
