Cleveland Digital Vision's Bill Callahan brings computers and the Internet across the digital divide. His recent column in the Free Times highlights recent data on the Cleveland disconnect, and what still needs to be done about it.
Bill Callahan's guest column, Let ’em Eat Dial-Up: Too many Clevelanders lack even basic Internet access, is featured in the February 8th edition of the Cleveland Free Times. In it, he cites data from a 2005 survey that largely refutes Cleveland's recent technical triumphs. It is available at:
