The Cleveland Regional Perinatal Network (CRPN) produced a report in December 2007 describing the perinatal outcomes and hospital performance measures for Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, and Lorain Counties. The report includes descriptions of hospital services for maternal high-risk births, Perinatal Periods of Risk (PPOR) results related to fetal and infant mortality, perinatal depression services, rates of preterm births, low and very low birthweight babies, births to teens, racial disparities in infant mortality, prenatal care and maternal tobacco use. Also see two attachments (separate files) for the spreadsheet of data results and a table of data sources.

This spreadsheet is an attachment to the Cleveland Regional Perinatal Network December 2007 report on perinatal outcomes (neontal, post-neonatal, perinatal mortality, delivery method, teen birth rate, breastfeeding, maternal smoking, newborn hearing loss screening), and system measures of neonatal transporting (to other care centers), maternity and newborn hospital units meeting licensure rules and postpartum visits by Medicare mothers. Data for the northeast Ohio region and for each county are presented: Ashtabula, Geauga, Lorain, Cuyahoga, and Lake.
