Syphilis Outbreak In Cuyahoga County - July 2008

A report by the Cleveland Department of Public Health and the Cuyahoga County Board of Health details a nearly 3-fold increase in the incidence rate of primary, secondary and early latent syphilis in Cuyahoga County occurring in two populations: 1) men who have sex with men and bisexual men, and 2) heterosexual males and females. Released July 8, 2008.
