Cuyahoga County Child and Family Community Health Indicators Project

The 2007 Update to the Child and Family Health Services (CFHS) Community Health Indicators Project includes county level summaries and trends for 22 health indicators, progress towards reaching the national Healthy People 2010 goals, and “At-A-Glance” Reports for each neighborhood in the City of Cleveland and every suburban municipality in Cuyahoga County. Published by the Cuyahoga County District Board of Health.
